:D! This is brilliant. I love the Jack Sparrow gif. Or maybe I love the Jennifer Lawrence one more. Agh! The pull of indecision!

I’m glad you liked it! (And I’m not exaggerating, I actually broke down sobbing in DPS.)

Ah, you need to get a car with fewer seats – ‘Sorry, Mom! No room!’

Haha…Well, I drive a 1992 Ford with an extended cab, so not much hope of that. 🙂

Hmmm…I had similar experiences. Except I have 3 younger sisters, and enjoyed driving them around. Driver’s Ed sucked, though.

I’m still on I failed my first driver’s test and almost cried when the instructor yelled at me for almost killing children b/c i stopped A SECOND too slow on the stop sign even though I didn’t and no kids were around.
This is brilliant BTW, hilarious!! 😀

Oh, lord, I think I would have cried! At least the two I had only spoke to give directions.

Thanks for the follow. What a funny blog this is. My oldest is postponing the driver’s license. Probably the little brother factor. :-))

I put it off until last summer…after I turned 17. Even then I was practically forced into DPS by my mother. I simply had no motivation!

Him neither. No motivation to drive. 😉

Haha – I think my families reaction when I got my license was a bit different… I think they were all dreading me on the road – despite me being the only one of my brothers and sisters who passed first time.
But I know what you mean by now – I remember being thrilled about being able to drive but then had to drive my sisters around or having to go grocery shopping for my mother… the appeal wore off rather quickly 😛
Great post!

Well, me having my license meant my mother didn’t have to keep arranging for friends and acquaintances to drive my brothers to their swim practice, so both she and them were elated.

So fun and clever! Those Gif’s are a riot. Love Jack Sparrow of course, LOL. Congrat’s to you. I’ve been driving for decades and I’m beginning to feel like a big slowpoke on the road. There were over 3,800 speeding tix handed out in Alberta over the long weekend, too scary for me. At the risk of sounding like a grownup, “please be careful out there”
